This approach sees the delivery of projects through the management of different works packages, working closely with different trade contractors that are selected and procured for the project. With such an approach the design team must work as closely as possible with the selected trade contractors embedding the contractors experience and expertise in all aspects of the project’s design to manage the buildability and so reduce risk and maintain the project within budget and time constraints.
