Full Project and Cost Management services were provided for a £25million+ major refurbishment of this prestigious hotel located in the centre of Paris following on from the successful completion of the Hilton Hotel development in Malta.

The project consisted of the extensive overhaul of all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas from the ground floor upward. This work was carried out while the hotel remained open, emphasising the importance of customer-focused management techniques such as considerate building programmes and environmental considerations such as noise, dust and materials. Careful detailed planning including buffer floors to protect residents from excessive noise were built into the detailed plan and programme.

On the top floor, the ‘Toit de Paris’ restaurant underwent a refurbishment and its glass walls and ceiling were replaced, providing one of best views of the adjacent Eiffel Tower in Paris.
