M&S China Flagship Store and Headquarters, located on the Nanjing Road in Shanghai, with aging interiors, this project involved assessing various options for a phased re-modelling of the interiors in a live environment, considering options for complete shut down, and phased floor works and phased partial floor works. The proposals involved major internal remodeling with new finishes and circulation means and external façade upgrade/removal options. Commercial Management Services were provided in support of the appraisals and assessments. This project was placed on hold for internal reasons following this process.
