A landmark €240 million Residential led mixed-use high rise tower located in Tripoli, Libya.

The scheme comprises a total Gross Internal area (GIA) of 180,000m2 split into Residential, Office, Retail predominant uses. The Residential portion comprises 346 private apartments totaling 62,200m2, with support functions of 25,500m2 Grade A office accommodation, 11,400m2 retail provision, together with conference facilities and ‘food and beverage’ outlets. The tower will comprise 39 storeys of residential and office accommodation plus 4 storeys of basement parking (732 spaces) and service areas. A bespoke high-end restaurant at rooftop level will provide a fine dining experience with stunning views for residents.

Our role was as bid manager for project management services for pre-construction schematic and detailed design and for construction delivery. The project was suspended for a period of time and has yet to proceed.
