This project involved development of a new 300 bed Malta Hilton Hotel, recognised by Hilton International as being one of their top five hotels in the world. Features included five restaurants (including the Blue Elephant), several bars (one accessed by a purpose-built water taxi basin), a private beach club and water sports centre, tennis courts, three outdoor pools on the pool deck, and indoor swimming pools which were incorporated in the Livingwell health and fitness centre.

The overall Portomaso development also boasted numerous boutiques, restaurants and shops, a 2,000 seat convention and conference centre, 303 luxury apartments and 65 marina apartments situated around the marina, a 28-floor business tower, 100,000 sq. m.of commercial areas and five floors of underground car parking for 2,500 cars.Project Management Services were provided.
