We acted as development and project manager on this £10million retail and leisure complex in Alcobendas, on the outskirts of Madrid, which comprises twenty restaurants and bars, a health club and a cinema and family entertainment centre.

Working closely with UK developer, THI plc, we drew on our substantial experience of working in Spain to assist the client and UK retailers, including Scottish & Newcastle and Holmes Place, move into the Spanish market.
