This mega-project comprised a 220 hectare site earmarked for a proposed 2,500,000m2 mixed use development located in St Petersburg, The Russian Federation. Acting as Development Manager for a Chinese Investor (SIIC) master-planning was carried out for the proposed development which included over 1,000,000 m2 of Retail, Entertainment and Cultural space, including a 150,000 m2 Shopping Centre, Residential, Offices, 4 Hotels, Oceanarium and a major train, tram and bus transport interchange.
