The first large format store project for Walmart in China. The project comprised the New Build provision of 100,000m2 of Retail space. Located near main highways with easy access, the development comprised a four storey large format store with supporting smaller retail tenant and food and beverage outlets to the perimeter to give a visitor an immersive ‘destination’ retail experience covering all needs. This project was completed to an exceptionally rapid programme with round-the-clock working from the on site teams to meet the opening date.
