Located in a new district and development zone one hour outside of the city of Tianjin on the North Eastern coast of the People’s Republic of China, the proposed development comprised construction of 100,000m2 of high end luxury villas built over three phases with supporting infrastructure and landscaping. The development is to provide new communities to feed the anchor mixed use development of the nearby 580,000m2 Seasons City. Commercial Management services were provided during pre-construction and early construction. The project progress was slowed down during the piling operation due to internal decisions.
