Project Management /Client’s Agent and Commercial Management for the construction and tenant fit-out of this €45million shopping centre and Sports complex at Tigne Point in Sliema, Malta. The project included a full-sized soccer pitch,
gym, conference room, dressing rooms, nursery quarter and indoor multi-purpose facility with ancillary facilities on the roof of the main shopping centre.

The Italian design and build contractor Ergon were appointed to complete all works on this fast track design and build construction project by the end of March 2010.

The construction of the envelope was practically complete including the football pitch by summer 2009 and thereafter, a fast-track programme of finishing internally to common areas of the mall in parallel with the tenant fit-out works to the near 50 new retail units within The Point was completed in time for Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi to officially open the mall on 29th March 2010.
