We were brought into rescue this logistically complex project and pull the team together to deliver new facilities for the college. Acting as the college project manager, working alongside the college Director of Estates, and Employer’s Agent, for the main contract works included completion and fit out of the new nursery block, civil engineering block sports block and hall linked to the existing teaching block. Other elements included associated external works and sports pitches involving the demolition of former redundant facilities and included full sized all weather (3G) pitch. This latter element is currently being developed with an application to the football foundation and is likely to proceed as a separate contract.
