Covering approximately one quarter of Winchester, this is the single largest development in the area since the Brooks center in the 1980’s. Planned works comprised demolition of existing shopping center structure and existing buildings and provision of 200,000sqft Residential Accommodation and 200,000sqft Retail across 7 new build blocks, including change of use (refurbishment) of existing buildings in the town center. New functions in addition to Residential and Retail shall include office, medical center, car parking spaces along with new public spaces and associated bus stops and traffic management. Commercial Management Services were provided throughout the early stages. This development continues to go through the planning and consultation phase.
