This mixed use development comprised new build construction of 6 blocks of two storey Retail (90no. Retail Units, 28,500m2) above a 22,000sqm two-storey basement car park. The podium slab above the retail units houses several independent medium rise timber frame blocks, built off podium, which house 184 residential units of various mixes, catering towards both young families and the elderly local populations.

The development is anchored by John Lewis, Debenhams and M&S department stores and comprises extensive external hard landscaping.

Over 2,000 CAI’s were raised throughout the construction period on a complex and challenging project. Commercial Management Services were provided Inception-Completion.
