Full Project Management and Employer’s Agent role for Mapely Estates, a leading London Asset Management Organisation, for the internal refurbishment and restack of seventeen floors of this city center office block. Tenants remained in situ whilst the works were carried out which necessitated robust Tenant Liaison, co-ordination, phasing, programming and pro-active leadership.

The project required carefully planning and decanting of personnel from floor to floor liaising closely with the multiple tenants to enable smooth progression of the work through this building on a ‘business critical’ programme. Our project enabled other buildings within the Mapeley portfolio to vacate as leases expired and formed part of the overall STEPS outsourcing contract of Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Estate.
